Families

The process of diagnosing Dementia and identifying its specific type can be a complex undertaking. To determine the underlying cause, physicians must assess the pattern of loss in skills and function and evaluate what the individual is still capable of. This often requires the use of various methods, such as biomarkers, brain scans (e.g. CTs and MRIs), and laboratory blood tests, which yields a process that can be overwhelming and time consuming for both patients and their families. At Healthy Amplified, we understand the challenges associated with this process, which is why we offer our CANTAB-based technology. This cutting-edge technology provides the highest levels of sensitivity and specificity as cleared by the FDA (1), making it an effective tool in detecting the earliest symptoms of cognitive impairments. Early detection of symptoms can help to reduce confusion and facilitate timely next steps. (1) CANTAB Mobile: Differentiate symptoms with 98% accuracy between Alzheimer’s and depression 1 Delivers 92% Specificity and 100% sensitivity to dementia in primary care settings 2
